Green Smoothie:
1 banana
1/2 cup of berries
1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter
1 big handful of spinach leaves
1 cup of almond milk
Additional ideas: Flax seeds or chia seeds

Graham Cracker Smoothie:
1 banana
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 sheet of crushed graham cracker

    • +Jose Andrade I have a few what I eat in a day videos if you’d like to
      check those out. I typically like to eat a carb (oatmeal) fruit (berries)
      and a protein/fat (sliced almonds). That is my basic breakfast formula.

  2. I really like the magic bullet. It totally works for fruit smoothies,
    spinach smoothies, whatever. You can make dips and stuff in it, too. It
    comes with a booklet of all kinds of ideas and recipes.

  3. Most people agree that yogurt is healthy and I really like it. I tend not
    to eat it very often the last year or so because I noticed that it
    aggravates my skin. I think you can make it work for smoothies for sure. I
    am going to try to incorporate it into my diet again and see how my skin
    reacts.

    typically have frozen banana, strawberries and yogurt on my smoothie.do you
    think it’s healthy enough? I normally don’t have almond milk in my fridge
    so I use yogurt..

  5. The green smoothie sounds so healthy-I’m going to try that one out. I made
    the graham cracker one for my kids and they really liked it (I tried some,
    too). I think they thought they were getting ice cream, but there were no
    complaints!

  6. My fiance especially loves it and sometime I will add something more to it
    if he wants it more as a treat. I don’t do protein powders or anything like
    that, but you can certainly add that if you want. 🙂

  7. I love the taste of spinach but wasn’t sure how I felt about salad in the
    morning, but, like I said you can’t even taste it in the smoothie. I hope
    you like it!

  8. That is such a good idea to add some spinach in. I have a hard time getting
    in all my veggies and adding some in a shake would be really easy.
