Healthy Snack Ideas for Weight Loss! | Guilt Free Popsicle & Smoothie Recipes

These can be made into popsicles, or you can just NOT freeze them and enjoy them as smoothies. I also add a scoop of protein powder to all recipes sometimes and sometimes include spinach & broccoli if I go the smoothie route.

1) PINK PINEAPPLE CITRUS
Juice of 2 Limes
Fresh Strawberries (about 1 cup)
4 Cups of Pineapple
2oz Water
* Please note I blend in 2 batches (halving the recipe) because my blender is small

2) STRAWBERRY BANANA CREAMSICLE – great for breakfast
2 Cups Sliced Strawberries
1/2 Large Banana
Heaped 1/4 Cup of Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

3) CHOCOLATE PB PROTEIN
1/3 Cup Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
3/4 TBSP Carnation Hot Chocolate Mix
1/2 TBSP Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 Scoop Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

4) TROPICAL BERRY BLAST
1 Cup Sliced Pineapple
1 Cup Sliced Mango
Fresh Blueberries (approx 1/2 cup)
3 TBSP of Lemon Juice
Add a handful of spinach & a few cherry tomatoes (optional)

  4. awww! so nice of you to share. i am going to make the peanut butter recipe.
    you can eat popsicles all year girl!!! i make the graham cracker with cool
    whip sandwich cookies, you use one square graham cracker with lowfat cool
    whip (sometimes you can find chocolate or strawberry around the
    holidays)wrap individually in saran wrap and freeze! i’m down 203 to 168
    (145 goal) and these definitely has been one of my guilty pleasures.
